"French Revolution" Wild Hibiscus and Rose Cocktail

"Adam Walsh, Spirit Guide, Peruke & Periwig. Originally a wig shop in the 1760's, we converted the bar to look like it might have done back then. The ground floor brandishes like an old style tavern tap room while the upper floors look like a pre-Victorian boudoir., I'm from a small town called Ratoath in Co. Meath in Ireland. Ratoath is famous for it horse racing. Ireland's national racecourse is there, Fairyhouse. For the last 4 years I have lived in Dublin."

1 dash Rose & Hibiscus Extract (Wild Hibiscus Co.)
10ml Lemon Juice
15ml Grapefruit Juice

Double strain into a pre-chilled coupé.
Serve with a smile. :)

Garnish:

Raspberry Dust

Inspiration:

I simply tried to reduce the tartness in a french 75 without adding any sugars or artificial sweeteners. The result is a beautiful floral example of a sparkling champagne cocktail.
