"Grand Island Daiquiri" Cocktail

Glass Used: Footed Rocks


1 1/2 oz Bacardi 8

1 oz Bacardi Limon

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz Agave Nectar

1 oz Pineapple Juice

2-3 Dashes Fee Brothers Orange Flower Water

1/2 oz Wild Hibiscus Flower Syrup (The actual syrup the Wild Hibiscus Flowers come in. )

1 Cup Ice


Mix all ingredients together and blend.


Roll an orange peel up and place inside of a Wild Hibiscus Flower. Hold together with a pick or skewer.


The inspiration for this came from my recent fanaticism with using hibiscus flowers in various forms in my cocktails. Hibiscus flowers are very common where I live, so it's great to be able to use them for something else then what many people are use to.
