4 oz/114g premium chocolate of your choice (above 60% cocoa)
4 oz/114g mascarpone
3 tbs/45ml unsalted butter
1 tsp/5ml vanilla extract
3 tbs/45ml Wild Hibiscus Flower Syrup
1 tbs/15ml orange flavored liqueur
Wild Hibiscus Flowers and seasonal fruits (blueberries, strawberries, grapes, sliced peaches, apple and pear), biscuits, pound cake cubes, marshmallows, cookies.
In fondue pot, combine the chocolate, mascarpone, vanilla extract and hibiscus syrup. Place over the fondue burner using either a votive candle or low sterno heat and allow the chocolate to melt. Stir until fondue is smooth. Add flavored liqueur to taste.
Keep chocolate warm and dip flowers, fruits, cake, marshmallow and cookies in chocolate.
