"Hibiscus Hot Heels" Cocktail

Serves 1
A favorite in the house of Wild Hibiscus!

1/4 birds eye chili (or less depending on the level of heat you can handle!)
1 sprig of coriander
1 tsp sugar
3/4 part Wild Hibiscus Flower Syrup
1/4 part lime juice
1 1/2 part vodka

Gently muddle chili, coriander & sugar in a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice.  Double strain into glass & garnish with a hibiscus flower or simply float a coriander leaf on top.
