"The Hibiscus Sidecar" Cocktail

Rinse a tumbler glass with Wild Hibiscus Syrup and lemon zest

In a separate shaker:

30ml Cognac

15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Dash of lime juice

Add ice and shake

Strain shaker over crushed ice, into your hibiscus and lemon rinsed glass

Garnish with the one and only Wild Hibiscus Flower.
