"Wild Garden"

Bartender Shannon Sullivan serving up a “Wild Garden” at the Astor Center’s Cocktail jam in NYC.

1 oz. juniper gin

1 oz. St. Germain Liqueur

1 oz. lemon juice

½ oz. Wild Hibiscus Syrup

Shake all with ice and strain into martini glass. Top with Prosecco; garnish with hibiscus flower skewered onto lemon peel ‘lily pad’.
